Short-term is 15% of rental income. Long-term is 8% of monthly rent plus a one-time leasing fee of half a month's rent to place a tenant. No setup fees, no long-term contract. Most local managers charge 18 to 20%.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. There is no long-term contract. We keep your business by doing good work, not by locking you in.
